Order Cancellation:
 Bagexpress does not offer a refund or money back Customers making a payment through credit card may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded back instead they will be provided a coupon of the same value that can be used to purchase anything from Bagexpress for the next 30 days. Bagexpress reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as:

1) The desired item is out of stock.
2) Pricing errors.
3) Bagexpress has a strict privacy policy when it concerns the security of our customers.   We do not save or share customer credit card details with any 3rd parties.

Incomplete Parcel:
We advise our customers to not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened. If the customer receives an incomplete parcel then he/she should inform our customer care department within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Any claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
